Business development coordinator
Overview

Department: Business Development
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role Purpose: The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Business Development department by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and proactive communication with management regarding ongoing BD activities. Preference will be given to Saudi candidates with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
1. Daily Business Development Department Reporting
Collect daily BD reports from the team of Business Development Executives.
Ensure reports are completed according to set standards
Compile daily reports into available master document
Timely daily reporting to the higher management
Generate weekly and monthly reports in timely manner
Develop and maintain the filing system to maintain business development department record, prepare required reports, and financial information to the finance department.
2. Quality check
Serve as the primary point of contact for quality check calls related to BD Executive reports.
Report outcomes of quality checks to management on a daily basis.
3. Pre-Sales Activities
Keep track of proposal requirements from business development team.
Follow up with the relevant department about proposal preparation
Make sure timely submission of proposals by business development team
Follow up calls with the clients after proposal submission
Collaborating with other departments to ensure business development queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
4. Telemarketing Activities
Perform telemarketing and client outreach activities from within the office environment using designated tools and systems.
Call prospective clients as directed by senior management.
Provide a professional introduction of the company and explain the range of services offered.
Support new business generation efforts through proactive follow-up and consistent communication.
5. Team

Job Specifications
1. Knowledge / Skills
Ability to meet targets and assigned tasks
Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation
Good computer skills including MS Office and competence of CRM application.
Strong communication and inter personnel skills
Proactive and self starter with ability and desire to improve effectiveness
Fluent in English and Arabic
2. Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration from a known university.
3. Experience / Job Preference
Minimum 2 years of experience as “Business Development Coordinator” in a known organization.
