Job Title: Business Development Executive (Indian Female) – Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a talented Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, pitching clients, and closing deals. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

– Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
– Pitch clients and present our services
– Meet clients face-to-face to build relationships and close deals
– Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
– Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field
– Valid or expired Saudi Arabia driving license
– Experience in operations or sales, preferably in the overseas recruitment industry
– GCC market knowledge and understanding of the local business landscape
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic speaking is an added advantage
– Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and close big deals
