Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven female Business Development Specialist to join our growing HR consultancy. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and expand our business presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in various industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

Pitch HR and recruitment solutions to prospective clients.

Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in HR/recruitment).

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

UAE market knowledge is a plus.
