Career Opportunity : HR Assistant

Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, or HR administration preferred). Previous experience in construction, oil & gas, or large-scale project environments is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Saudi Labor Law.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS/Qiwa/Mudad/GOSI systems is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Must be willing to work at project sites or corporate offices as required.
