Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

-Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP and analog), including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors,
and storage devices.
– Perform site surveys, layout planning, and cable routing for efficient system installation.
– Install and program Access Control Systems (ACS), including card readers, biometric devices, magnetic
locks, and door controllers.
– Install, test, and maintain physical security systems, such as:
– Automatic Arm Barriers
– Road Blockers / Bollards
– Sliding / Swing Gates with Motors
– Connect, terminate, and test data, power, and control cabling (CAT5/6, coaxial, fiber, etc.).
– Integrate CCTV and ACS with control rooms or centralized management systems (e.g., VMS or BMS
platforms).
– Configure systems for remote access, alerts, and automation.
– Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
– Document installations, test reports, and maintenance logs.
– Comply with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
– Support commissioning, handover, and training to end users if required.
