Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in KSA
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise all construction and finishing activities on our ongoing projects in Riyadh, including high-end palaces, villas, and mosques.
Scope of Work Includes:
-Waterproofing, Blockwork & Plastering
-Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
-HVAC installation Plumbing & Drainage
-Electrical systems
-Tiling (ceramic, marble), Parquet flooring
-Internal & external painting
-Gypsum & ceiling works
-Final snagging and handover
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all site construction and finishing works, ensuring proper sequence and quality. Supervise daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and monitor labor force performance. Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Coordinate between civil, MEP, and architectural trades to avoid rework and site clashes.
Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and ensure compliance with safety and QA/QC standards. Liaise with consultants, QA/QC, and client reps for inspections, approvals, and handovers.
Identify site issues proactively and resolve them in coordination with project engineers and subcontractors. Report progress, risks, and resource needs to the Project Ownee regularly.
✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in building construction & finishing works
Strong knowledge of all trades and construction materials
Experience in managing large villa, palace, or mosque projects preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings, method statements, and specifications
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills Fluent in English and Arabic
