Civil Engineer, GCC Experience: 10+ Years (Fit-Out & Hotel Construction)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely completion of fit-out and finishing works.

Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project standards.

Monitor project progress, prepare daily reports, and highlight any delays or technical issues.

Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations on site.

Oversee installation of interior finishes and ensure high-quality workmanship suitable for hotel standards.

Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Maintain proper site documentation and assist in project handover procedures.
