Client Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Engagement Specialist to join our CRM team in Riyadh. This client-facing role is vital to ensuring smooth service delivery across payroll, visa, and residency processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, particularly during high-impact or urgent scenarios, and will play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships, managing operational needs, and aligning services with client expectations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
Experience:
3+ years in client-facing roles such as Account Management or Senior Customer Service.
Experience managing complex client accounts, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
Understanding HR operations and residency processes in KSA is desirable.
