CNC & Laser Machine Operator – Metal, Acrylic, And Wood

Experienced…………Minimum 3 years……

Operate CNC routers and CO₂ / Fiber laser cutting machines for cutting, engraving, and shaping metal, acrylic, and wood sheets.

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.

Adjust machine settings based on material type, thickness, and job requirements.
Setup and Calibration:

Prepare machines with correct tools, fixtures, and parameters.

Perform test runs and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and material compatibility.

Quality Control:

Inspect cut and engraved parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and design compliance.

Detect and resolve issues with material warping, burns, or incorrect cuts.

Maintenance & Safety:

Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines.

Follow workplace safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Documentation & Reporting:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.

Maintain logs of production, material use, and machine performance.
