Immediate Hiring – Cost & Estimation Engineer
Position: Cost & Estimation Engineer
Experience: 7–10 years in a relevant field, with an in-depth understanding of the local construction market.
Availability: Immediate
Qualification: – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Industry Focus:- Contracting MEP
Job Summary: –
? Preparation of BOQ
? Technical review of drawings
? Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done.
? Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated cost
? Bids for new contracts and supports the activities of buyers
? Researching the cost of items such as Materials, Transport, Labor, and Equipment
? Establishing and maintaining relationships with Clients / contractors,s and Vendors
? Cost-effective Proposals
? Maintain Supplier’s Log
? Maintain the Material log sheet
? Cost & Estimation log sheet with expenses
