Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Project management team
Oversee the planning and execution of engineering deliverables.
Coordinate with engineering back office, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment and technical compliance.
Drive innovation, standardization, and optimization in engineering processes.
Guide and mentor a team of engineers across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.).
Interface with clients and consultants to address technical issues and ensure project satisfaction.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical field).
10-15 years of experience in EPC project engineering, preferably in Mining, Steel, or Cement industries.
Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of project engineering, design standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
