About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Consultant to join our team and support the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of ERPNext across our business processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP systems, business process analysis, and technical implementation to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERPNext solutions.

Implement, configure, and customize ERPNext modules (Finance, HR, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.).

Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows as per business needs.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system usage.

Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve ERPNext-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERPNext functionalities with business goals.

Stay updated with ERPNext/Frappe framework updates and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an ERPNext Consultant or similar role in ERP implementation.

Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and Frappe framework.

Hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript, and SQL is an advantage.

Ability to map business processes and design ERP solutions.

Good knowledge of accounting, inventory, HR, or manufacturing workflows.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Experience

ERPNext/Frappe Developer or Functional Consultant certification (if available).

Experience in integrating ERPNext with third-party applications.

Knowledge of Linux server environments and system administration.
