We’re Hiring! – Estimation & Bidding Engineer with Basic Knowledge of Quality Control.

We are looking for a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as Mentioned Above in Riyadh Head office immediately.

📍 Location: Sulai, Exit 18 – Istanbul St Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🕐 Availability: Urgent requirement

Requirements:
-Bachelor in Civil Engineering with AutoCAD, MS office Minimum Requirements.
-Good Communication skills with multiple Asian Languages & Verbal conversation with Arabic
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in the same field.
-Strong knowledge of local market prices for interior fit-out materials and works.
-Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations based on drawings and specifications.
-Assist in bidding and tender submissions for ongoing and upcoming projects.
-Experience in tracking project expenses, analyzing cost variations, and preparing comparison sheets.
-Good understanding of commercial terms, supplier coordination, and tender documentation.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines and work with various teams (including production, engineering, and quality assurance), subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve quality objectives.
-Driving License and Transferable Iqama is Needed.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
-Reviewing tender documents; preparing technical and commercial proposals; managing the bid process; ensuring compliance with all requirements; coordinating bid reviews; negotiating contract terms; submitting the final bid.

-Track and monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather competitive quotations.
-Support the project team with cost analysis, material take-offs, and documentation.
-Maintain updated price databases and cost libraries for interior fit-out works with proper documentation with Data’s for Future Reference
Scope & Estimation
Analyzing project requirements; conducting quantity take-offs; researching material and labor costs; preparing detailed cost breakdowns (Bills of Quantities); identifying cost-saving opportunities (value engineering).
Bidding (Tendering)
KEY ROLL
Develop accurate, timely and cost-effective estimates of labor and materials for All projects with Win-Win Situation in all Projects.
