Estimator / Tender Specialist / Fit Out Interior Designer

Roles & Responsibilities :
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity take off’s..
Build a database of heuristics and employ parametric estimates to assist in bids .
Play an active role in bid management .
Scrutinizing the contracts and actively participate in preparing claims in coordination with the CM.
Tracking material usage and documenting any changes / variations to the contracts .
Liasing with site managers , procurement managers ,sub- contractors .

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
Graduate in Quatity Surveying / Civil Engineer with 5+ Years of experience mainly in finishing works or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying with 7+ Years of experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite ( Word , Excel , Powerpoint & Access ) , AutoCad. CAD Measure /DimensionX/CostX

Preferred Skills :
Good analytical skills & proficient in construction estimation . Knowledge of International Construction Practices including forms of Contracts, surveying methodologies , claim process and documentation . A multitasker who can handle more than one project simultaneously .
