Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer service needs, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and manage service appointments.
• Understand customer concerns and record detailed repair orders.
• Coordinate with department heads (Mechanical, Body Shop, and Procurement).
• Prepare service quotations and explain repairs to customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop.
• Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Familiarity with workshop or dealership management systems.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
