Job Title: Food Runner / Assistant Waiter

Starting salary: SAR 1,600 – SAR 1,800 with FREE shared accommodation, transportation, and 1 duty meal

Place of Work: Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam, Riyadh

Job Summary: The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests’ tables. This role acts as a vital link between the kitchen and service staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Food and Beverage Delivery
* Deliver food and beverages to guests’ tables promptly and accurately, following established table numbering and seat assignments.
* Ensure food is presented according to restaurant standards and temperature guidelines.
* Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
* Verify the order is correct before leaving the kitchen.

Guest Interaction:
* Announce dishes and beverages to guests, providing brief descriptions if necessary.
* Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns regarding food and beverage orders.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

Service Team Support:
* Assist waiters with table maintenance, including refilling beverages and clearing plates.
* Relay guest feedback and special requests to the service staff.
* Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the service area.
* Assist in the setup of tables when needed.
* Assist in bussing tables when needed.

Order Accuracy:
* Ensure all food and drink orders are delivered to the correct tables and guests.
* Communicate any order discrepancies to the service staff and kitchen.

General Support:
* Assist in various tasks as directed by the service manager or waiters.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
