FOREMAN: METAL FABRICATION WORKSHOP
Metal Fabrication?Workshop?Foreman?with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Steel , Stainless and Aluminium fabrication?for Homes/ Luxury Residence, Commercial Showroom, Apartments, Commercial Buildings-Doors, Windows & Kitchen Fabrication? fabrication of decorative items , ornamental Wrought Iron and Brass/ Antique Brass finishes- Gates, Fencing, Doors,CNC/ Laser Cutting? patterns, Should have knowledge of AutoCAD and reading drawings. Must have experience in UAE, Saudi Arabia or Bahrain with driving?experience.?
Job Responsibilities:
1. Keep materials and inventory in the workshop, keep time log for payroll, and maintain a safe work environment for fellow workers.
2. Familiar with?Mig , stick , Tig, Laser welding, CNC? and Waterjet? cutting, equipment inspection and material handling.
3. Supervised employees in a fabrication/ machine shop.
4. Responsible for meeting customer expectations regarding quality and hitting completion deadlines.
5. Included reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and preparing estimates and Quotations?
6. Made sure that everything was set up and maintained in the most efficient way possible.
7. Had the responsibility of making sure our product was?produced?and bundled together with efficiency and speed to make any deadline presented to me, being late was not an option.
8. Tasked with training any new employees on shop standards as well as overseeing them to make sure the product was being built right with as little waste as possible.
