About the Role
We are seeking a bright, articulate, and professionally presented Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand. We are looking for someone with a sharp mind (“smart”), fluent English skills, and an impeccable professional image to manage our front desk and assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Front Desk Management: Warmly welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails with fluency in both English and Arabic, handling inquiries efficiently.
• Image & Standards: Maintain the reception area to a high standard of tidiness and elegance, serving as the “face” of the company.
• Administrative Support: Assist the management team with scheduling, data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as required.
• Visitor Coordination: Manage meeting and travel room bookings and coordinate hospitality for guests.
• Security: Follow safety procedures and control access via the reception desk (monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges).
Requirements & Qualifications
• Nationality: Must be a Saudi National.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Excellent Arabic skills are also required.
• Appearance: Must possess a polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance suitable for a high-profile corporate environment.
• Education: High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Skills:
o High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
o Tech-savvy (Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
o Smart, quick learner with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or customer service is preferred, but we are open to fresh graduates with the right attitude and look.
