Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide basic information about services, location, or hours
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
Ensure visitor logs and security procedures are followed
Assist other departments with clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, calendars)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Professional appearance and demeanor

Dependable and punctual
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
