Housekeeping Supervisor – 3-Star Hotel

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a reputable 3-star hotel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping staff, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and consistency
• Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance to maintain high service standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with other departments
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or concerns

Requirements:
• Previous experience in housekeeping, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
