URGENT REQUIREMENT – HR Cum Admin executive specially payroll
Job Responsibilities:
HR & Payroll:
Manpower Experience mandatory.
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage employee attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave records, and deductions.
Maintain employee files, documents, and HR records.
Coordinate with accounts for payroll finalization.
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.
Assist in preparing salary certificates, experience letters, and other HR letters.
Advance and HR related experience in Payroll management
experience in 5 Years in KSA manpower
Administration:
Oversee daily office administration and support operational requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
Manage employee accommodation, transportation, and related logistics.
Maintain company documents, licenses, and renewals.
Assist management in all administrative tasks as required.
