HSE TRAINER

We are seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Trainer to join our team on the Sedra Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with China Harbour Engineering Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering HSE training programs to employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international standards.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and deliver HSE training programs, including induction, toolbox talks, and specialized courses
– Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored training plans
– Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs as needed
– Maintain accurate records of training activities
– Collaborate with project teams to promote HSE awareness and compliance
– Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science)
– HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
– Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE training and/or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
