Hydrotest Technician / Pre-Commissioning Technician

Key Responsibilities:-
Execute hydrotesting activities including flooding, pressurizing, holding, depressurizing, dewatering, drying, and nitrogen purging.
Perform high-pressure testing of pipelines, piping, and systems as per approved test packs and P&IDs.
Install and remove blinds, spades, valves, and temporary test equipment.
Conduct line walk-downs, leak detection, and reinstatement after testing.
Support mechanical completion and punch list closure activities.
Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, supervisors, and client representatives during testing.
Prepare daily reports and support test documentation.
Strictly comply with Permit to Work (PTW) and HSE requirements.
Stop work and report any unsafe condition immediately.

Qualifications & Experience:-
Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in hydrotesting and pre-commissioning in oil & gas projects.
Onshore and offshore experience is an advantage.

Technical & HSE Skills:-
Knowledge of hydrotest procedures, P&IDs, test packs, and isolation plans.
Experience with carbon steel pipelines and high-pressure systems.
Strong understanding of safety procedures, isolation, and emergency response.

Work Conditions:-
Project sites, yards, and remote locations.
May require extended hours and rotation schedules.

Salary 2500-3000SAR +OT
Duty Hours :- 10-12 Hours
