we are seeking a committed and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Building Management Technology (BMT). In this key role, you will take end-to-end technical and commercial responsibility for acquiring and managing high-value customer projects while driving the expansion of our business in this growing market.

Key Responsibilities:
1-Independent acquisition, technical consultation, and project support for clients in building automation (BMS/BAS, HVAC controls, IoT integration, etc.).

2-Technical assessment & proposal development: Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions with competitive offers.

3-Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, project management, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution.

4-Market intelligence: Identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities to shape sales strategy and product development.

5-Customer relationship management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders (contractors, facility managers, developers).

6-On-site engagement: Regular travel for customer meetings, project coordination, and industry events (travel expectation: ~30-50%).

Your Profile – Competent & Solution-Oriented:

1-Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (e.g., state-certified technician with building technology focus).

2-Experience: 5+ years in technical sales (preferably in building automation, energy management, or smart infrastructure).

3-Technical expertise: Deep understanding of BMS/BAS systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric) and ability to discuss complex solutions confidently.

4-Soft skills: Customer-centric mindset, strong negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial drive to grow business.

5-Languages: Fluent Arabic (mandatory) + professional English (written/spoken).

6-Mobility: Must be willing to travel regularly to meet business objectives and support key markets.
