Installation Supervisor-Closets

Unique Closets (www.uniqueclosets.sa) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Installation Supervisor to join our team in the installation department.

Required Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinet and furniture installation.
– At least 5 years of experience supervising installation teams.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to achieve installation goals.
– Proven experience in managing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in reading technical drawings and furniture detailing.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise cabinet and furniture installation operations at job sites.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
– Provide immediate solutions to technical or logistical issues.
– Train and guide installation teams to meet quality standards.
– Review blueprints and ensure accurate implementation.
