✔ Demonstrate strong financial capability and proven solvency
✔ Possess a comprehensive company profile and reputable project portfolio
✔ Employ a minimum of 1,000 workers, verified through GOSI records
✔ Provide a bank acknowledgment letter confirming the company’s financial capability to successfully complete the project
