Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and tidiness skills
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Experience working in an engineering or technical company is an advantage
• Ability to manage daily office operations efficiently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and scheduling
• Professional attitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
• Managing daily office activities
• Handling emails, letters, and official documents
• Maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Coordinating meetings and appointments
• Supporting management and engineering team with administrative tasks
• Ensuring the office environment remains organized and professional
