Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy cum Store Helper to join our Administration/Facilities team. The role involves maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with pantry services, supporting warehouse operations, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises (workstations, common areas, washrooms, pantry).

Prepare and serve refreshments to staff, management, and visitors.

Support warehouse staff and back-office teams with assigned tasks.

Assist in filing, labeling, and storing documents.

Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of office hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Ability to follow instructions efficiently.

Physically fit, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Hindi speaking preferred; English proficiency is an added advantage.

Working Hours

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a one-hour break).
