Manual Machine Lathe Operator (10+ Years Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Machine Lathe Operator with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in operating conventional/manual lathes. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, accurately read and interpret technical drawings, and produce precision components according to specifications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Operate manual/conventional lathe machines safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Set up machines, select proper tooling, and adjust machine settings
• Perform precision machining of metal parts to tight tolerances
• Inspect finished components using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment

🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience operating manual lathes
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and metal materials
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Experience working to close tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
