Master Barista (Preferably Filipino, Indian, Indonesian, Nepal)

We are looking for a Master Barista (Preferably Filipino, Indian, Indonesian, Nepal) with experienced in specialty Coffee to join our specialty coffee shop in Riyadh. (Local Recruitment Only)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 3,000 SAR
Duty Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break (Total: 9 hours).
Weekly Day-Off: 1 day per week.

Contract Terms:

• Direct Company Sponsorship Transfer – Processed immediately.
• Contract Duration: 1 or 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

A Master Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee drinks, ensuring consistent taste and presentation, and maintaining all coffee equipment. They train and supervise baristas, manage inventory, and develop new menu items to enhance the caf?’s offerings. Additionally, they uphold excellent customer service standards and represent the brand professionally.
