Mechanical Engineer – 5 Nos

JOB SPECIFICATION/ DESCRIPTION:

Key Technical Responsibilities
•
Perform mechanical asset walkdowns and validate tags against engineering documents (P&IDs, GA drawings, datasheets, vendor manuals).
•
Check mechanical document statuses and support version control processes.
•
Log discrepancies such as missing tags or mismatched metadata; validate key fields and link assets to relevant documentation.
•
Collaborate with electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure alignment of discipline data.
•
Produce mechanical data reports using Microsoft Excel and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
•
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•
5 years of experience in relevant filed with hands-on expertise in mechanical documentation interpretation and asset verification.

Preferred Technical Skills
•
Working knowledge of API and ASME standards.
•
Exposure to CMMS/EAM systems (SAP, Maximo).
•
Strong skills in Excel analytics and reporting.
