Mechanical Sales Officer

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales officer to join our team, who have minimum 5 years of experience in valves, pumps and rotating equipment’s. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong sale skills, and a positive attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
2. Provide information about products or services and generate interest.
3. Promote and sell the company’s products or services.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. Identify potential customers and explore sales opportunities.
6. Expand the client base in the target market.
7. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
8. Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
9. Have complete knowledge of company products/services.
10. Answer customer queries accurately and confidently.
11. Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
12. Maintain accurate records of invoices, orders, and sales data.
13. Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
14. Provide suggestions to improve sales strategies.
15. Work effectively with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
