Multi Task Admin Assistant

– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate information about products/services
– Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
– Maintain customer records and follow up on requests
– Support the customer service team with daily tasks
Requirements:
– Strong communication skills (verbal and written – Arabic)
– Ability to multitask and stay organized
– Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
– Previous customer service experience is a plus
