Business Development & Quality Coordinator – NDT (Oil & Gas)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Quality Coordinator to join our growing team in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services.

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong leadership personality, solid industry knowledge, and a clear understanding of market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth and expand the company’s presence in the Oil & Gas market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support quality activities to ensure compliance with NDT and Oil & Gas standards.
• Ensure services meet international codes, specifications, and client requirements.
• Lead and support technical and administrative teams.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development and/or Quality roles within NDT for Oil & Gas.
• Proven leadership and administrative capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas market requirements and industry practices.
• Good understanding of NDT methods, standards, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
