JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of IT solutions and cybersecurity services in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IT sales, deep understanding of enterprise technology needs, and hands-on experience in cybersecurity and end-to-end IT solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new enterprise clients for a broad range of IT solutions, including:
Infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking)
Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS – Azure, AWS, etc.)
Managed IT services
Software solutions (ERP, CRM, custom development)
Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, compliance frameworks)
Establish strong relationships with CIOs, IT decision-makers, procurement heads, and influencers in sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and government.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions with clear ROI and technical alignment.
Collaborate with technical pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handover.
Prepare commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close deals in line with company objectives.
Monitor local market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the Eastern Province and adapt business strategies accordingly.
Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT solutions sales, with at least 2–3 years focused on cybersecurity.
Proven success in B2B technology sales, particularly in the Eastern Province of KSA.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead client engagements from start to close.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the Eastern Province.
