Office Assistant for Interior Designing Company

Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain

Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage incoming calls/emails

Maintain and organize office files, supplier catalogs, and material samples

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for designers and project managers

Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

Help prepare presentations, client proposals, and project documentation

Order and manage office and studio supplies

Support general administrative and day-to-day tasks

Requirements
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of design software is a plus

High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Interest in interior design or creative industries is an advantage
