Order Preparer – Inventory Coordinator

(Work is based at the company office for our online stores operating on the Salla platform)
Introduction:
We are an e-commerce company operating several online stores on the Salla platform, based in Dammam. We are looking for a dedicated and organized employee to join our team and contribute to preparing orders and managing inventory efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily orders accurately and quickly.
• Monitor inventory regularly and report any shortages or issues.
• Organize products within the office and maintain overall order.
• Inspect product quality and ensure readiness before preparation.
• Receive products from suppliers and sort them within the office.
• Enter data and work with the Salla system and related software.
• Coordinate with the customer service team and the administrative team.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and arrangement skills.
• Passion for work and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with digital systems.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Preferably has previous experience in the same field.
