Piping QC Inspector (ARAMCO Approved – CBT Passed)
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Piping QC Inspector who is ARAMCO Approved and CBT Passed to join a long-term project in the Eastern Province. The inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all piping fabrication, installation, and testing activities comply with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes.
Work Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Work Duration: Long Term
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day + Overtime
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection of piping works including fabrication, erection, welding, fit-up, pressure testing, and reinstatement.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable codes (ASME, ASTM, API).
Review and approve method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
Monitor welding activities, WPS/PQR compliance, and welder qualifications.
Witness and verify NDT, hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and flushing activities.
Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly closed.
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC teams, consultants, and Saudi Aramco representatives.
Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
Ensure all inspection activities comply with project HSE requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
ARAMCO Approved Piping QC Inspector with valid approval status.
CBT Passed (mandatory).
Strong experience in piping inspection within oil & gas or industrial projects.
Thorough knowledge of SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, and international piping codes and standards.
Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and specifications.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Willingness to work overtime as per project requirements.
