Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, update, and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
– Analyze and monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
– Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
– Conduct delay analysis and generate progress reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project timelines.
– Support cost control, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
– Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and project delivery targets.
