Planning Engineer (Red Sea And Neom Approved)

I am a highly motivated and proactive Planning Engineer with over 6 years of proven experience in the successful planning, scheduling, and project control of a diverse range of engineering and construction projects. My background spans high-rise and mid-rise buildings, villa developments, infrastructure works, landscaping, swimming pools, refurbishment, and utility projects.

I have been officially approved as a Planning Engineer by two of Saudi Arabia’s most prestigious developments: the Red Sea AMAALA and NEOM Trojena projects. With a strong command of Primavera P6, I specialize in developing detailed baseline schedules, conducting critical path and delay analyses, and supporting contractual claims through time impact studies and schedule justifications.

My responsibilities have included the preparation and monitoring of resource- and cost-loaded programs, forecasting cash flows, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, and construction, and ensuring timely progress tracking and reporting. I am also experienced in managing procurement timelines for long-lead items, performing resource leveling, and planning commissioning and handover activities in line with project milestones.

Currently based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, I hold a transferable Iqama and am open to opportunities across the Kingdom and the GCC region.
