Project Manager – Construction & Fit-Out (Saudi Arabia Experience Required)

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in construction, interior fit-out works, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s construction materials, suppliers, and workforce management.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage construction and interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Handle project documentation, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in construction and interior fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s construction materials and suppliers.
• Experience in BOQ preparation and resource planning.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Based in Saudi Arabia.
