Project Planner/ Junior Planner - Transferable Iqama
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planner / Planner with 1–3 years of experience in construction project planning. The ideal candidate will assist in schedule development, progress tracking, and project reporting for ongoing and upcoming projects across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Update and monitor progress schedules; highlight potential delays and risks
Prepare look-ahead programs, weekly/monthly progress reports, and dashboards
Collect and analyze site progress data in coordination with site teams
Support resource planning and cost loading of project schedules
Participate in planning meetings and project review sessions
Assist in the preparation of EOT/CR claims and related documentation
Ensure planning documentation aligns with project specifications and company standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
1–3 years of experience in planning/scheduling in the construction sector
Proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory); MS Project and Excel (preferred)
Good understanding of construction project timelines and resource planning
Strong communication and reporting skills
Transferable Iqama is a must
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction market is a plus
