Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in local and international recruitment, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage recruitment operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating with international recruitment agencies, and ensuring smooth onboarding in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local and international hiring.
• Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies (Asia, Europe, and other regions).
• Follow up on candidate documentation including visas, contracts, medicals, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi recruitment and labor regulations.
• Liaise with clients to understand manpower requirements and provide accurate recruitment updates.
• Prepare recruitment progress reports and maintain proper records.
• Stay updated on changes in recruitment and immigration regulations.
• Work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or manpower supply companies.
• Solid knowledge of international recruitment procedures.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia (onsite role only).
