Job Title: Recruitment Officer (Freelance / Remote)
Description:
We are looking for a Freelance Recruitment Officer who can support us in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates as per our client’s requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in international recruitment (especially Gulf countries) and must be able to handle end-to-end hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Maintain database of applicants and provide regular reports
Ensure timely communication with both candidates and employers
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (Gulf / Overseas hiring preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with online job portals & sourcing tools
Freelance / Remote working – flexible timing
Contract Type: Freelance (Project-based / Ongoing)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Payment: To be discussed (per successful hire / per project / monthly retainer)
