Refurbishment Technician/ Electronic Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Sealing: Perform disassembly and reassembly of equipment, ensuring compliance with IP-rated environmental sealing standards.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet required technical specifications before deployment.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels of spare parts and components, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
Data Documentation: Maintain accurate digital records of repairs, test results, and serial number tracking within the ERP system.
Operational Support: Act as a liaison between internal teams and warehouse operations. Coordinate with warehouse staff, manage equipment requests, and provide regular status reports.
Workplace Standards: Follow 5S practices and adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in electronics repair, assembly, or technical production environments.
Technical Skills: Strong ability in troubleshooting electronic faults using tools such as multimeters, power supplies, and technical diagrams.
Inventory Management: Experience with stock control, stocktaking, and reporting variances.
Education: Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Language Skills: Good command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in telecommunications, IoT, or defense-related industries.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IPC-A-610 standards.
Knowledge of ESD-safe handling procedures.
Experience in field service or mission-critical systems.
