We are looking for Filling Operators candidate who will be working under our sponsorship.

Job Description

* Show full awareness of the emergency response system and ensure/ maintain peaceful and cordial environment at workplace.
* Operate, set up, and monitor filling machines (e.g., drum, pail, bottle, or IBC lines).
* Conduct pre-start and end-of-shift checks for filling equipment.
* Ensure product quality meets specifications before and after filling (e.g., batch code, appearance, seal integrity).
* Load empty containers, caps, labels, and cartons to the filling line.
* Coordinate with warehouse and forklift driver for supply of packaging materials and removal of finished goods.
* Ensure proper segregation and identification of filled products and batches.
* Report any product non-conformities, leaks, or contamination immediately to the supervisor.
* Able to control the right product being loaded / unloaded and have basic knowledge for blending raw materials.
* Perform routine machine cleaning and minor maintenance.
* Record production data, downtime, and materials used in daily production reports
