Requirement Of Civil Planner & Civil Site Engineer

Requirement of Civil Planner:

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum Experience 7 years of Building construction.
Qualification: Primavera P6 working knowledge

Can prepare the list of Materials from civil drawings.
Prepare the progress invoices.
Have good command on Microsoft Excel.
Able to conduct the Site surveys for the daily progress monitoring.
Auto Cad working knowledge will be considered as additional qualification.

Civil Site Engineer

Education: Civil Engineer Degree or Diploma
Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction of Civil Structures and Buildings, can be able to manage civil manpower, progress, offer work front to steel fixers, carpenters. Manage concrete activities proactively.

Coordinate with Site quality team for acceptance of work. Manage the change control and redline drawings.
Have good understanding of Civil Engineering Drawings.
Maintain Site safety requirements.
Must be able to attend the progress meetings with client.
