Sales Coordinator - MEP

Job Description:

– Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, material submittals, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) in a timely and accurate manner.
– Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
– Support project coordination and basic project management tasks, including tracking timelines and documentation.
– Maintain project files, logs, and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Communicate with clients and suppliers for follow-ups, clarifications, and document submission.
– Assist the sales team with reports, presentations, and customer correspondence.
– Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for material availability and dispatch updates.
– Ensure proper filing, document control, and customer satisfaction through continuous follow-ups.

Qualification:
– B.E Mechanical Engineering
– Mechanical sales background will be an added advantage

Salary up to AED 4000 + visa, medical insurance, flight ticket
