Sales Executive – Facility Management (Location: [Jeddah, Riyadh, Mecca, Medina]

Jeddah, Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for facility management services (hard and soft services).
• Presentation on companies’ services to client.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and client meetings.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to design customized service packages for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes for large facility management projects.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in the facility management or service industry.
• Valid driver’s license and own car.
