Sales Executive – Truck Body Manufacturing (Kerala)
Job Summary: (Kerala Preferred)
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s range of customized truck bodies, including Reefer Box Trucks, Dry Cargo Trucks, and Curtain Side Trucks.
This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with solid knowledge of commercial vehicle body fabrication and the ability to convert client needs into practical product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Develop new business opportunities with logistics companies, transporters, distributors, and fleet operators.
Promote company products such as reefer boxes, dry cargo boxes, and curtain side bodies.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable truck body solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product specifications.
Follow up with clients on submitted offers and close deals within target timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy
Identify and analyze potential markets, industry trends, and competitors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
Gather customer feedback and coordinate with the production and design teams for product improvements.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and customer databases.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
After-Sales Support
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely after-sales service coordination.
Address and resolve any product or service-related issues professionally.
